If anything, people should vote I don't know. Since well, everyones judging him because he's different. The only evidence that we can confirm is true is his nose is oddly shaped and he has a skin disease, so I guess I should blindly judge him too.

need a "Who Cares??"option...

probably Guilty, but you really need all the facts which probably most of us will never see anyway...

I love how people who have heard a few unfounded rumours in the press declare that Michael Jackson is guilty. I would've thought that people, especially in this kind of forum, would be skeptical of the media.

Now of course nobody but Jackson and his accuser know the truth, but I believe he's innocent and I'll tell you why:
- After the 'Living with Michael Jackson' documentary aired, both the child protection service (or whatever it is called in the US) and the Santa Barbara Sheriff's Department investigated MJ and found the child molestation accusations to be completely false.

- The accuser's family has a history of claiming (for monetary gain) that they were molested / mistreated etc, as documented in public court records

- The mother of the accuser is well known to celebrities like Chris Tucker for fostering relationships with the rich and famous, and pushing her kids on them for monetary gain

- Under court examination the accuser's mother has changed her story several times, and contradicted herself on many occasions

- Rather than notifying the police after the abuse was said to have occurred, the mother went "lawyer shopping". Would you do this if your kid told you he was molested?

- The accuser claimed that his mother beat him in 1996, but retracted the claim soon after

- The timeline of the alledged abuse as provided by the prosection has changed on several occasions... They claim that Michael molested the boy WHILE he was being investigated by the SBCS and child welfare services.

- The mother claims to have seen MJ licking the boy's head, yet made no mention of it to anybody for months

- They only claimed the boy was abused after MJ refused to buy the family a new house and other expensive items

There are many other facts that prove MJ's innocence, but I unfortunately don't have time to go through them all now. All of this information is publicly available yet seldom reported in the press. As for the 1993 payout, $25 Million is pocket change for Michael Jackson. He was dealing with a painkiller addiction at the time and has stated he was not coping well with the pressure. At any rate, if someone molested a member of my family, $25 million would NOT stop me from wanting to put their sorry ass in prison.

When I have some more time I'll be happy to post further information.

Honestly, would you let your child stay over at Michael's house? Or even sleep in the same bed? This women saw dollar $ign$ when Michael befriended them. No good deed goes unpunished. Even if it did happen the mother is partially culpable. One stupid idiot of a mother if I have ever seen one.

On another note, when the first case was filed SNL on the Weekend Update had this to say:
"The Make A Wish Foundation has removed sleeping in the same bed with Michael Jackson from its list."

I miss Kevin Nealon on the weekend update.

I love it how people make new IDs just to post in threads they don't want to get heat for on their main accts.

Anyways, WTF does this have to do with the media? Did anyone read thre grand jury statements? It doesn't exactlly look good. Oh, and it's OK to have an opinion on his guilt as long as you know it's just that. We are not determining his guilt or innocence as it relates to his charge, ya know...

Flamebird, you knock us for believing the media, yet quote all the media reports?!? Nice.

He is probably guilty of pedophilia, though whether it's with this guy I definitely have to question it. This person and his mother have a history of crying wolf.

MAN, he ADMITS that its normal for a fully grown man to sleep in the same bed as a child........

Now, if your son sleeps in your bed, thats one thing, but for any other boy to crawl into your bed thats WRONG!

GUILTY!

Too bad that if he does go to jail, he'll be in some high class prison, probably have his own servants too........

While its true that the mother in this case is a very questionable person but Michael Jackson is a even more questionable individual.

1. The fact that he appears to be incapable of leading a normal relationship with members of the opposite or same sex in his own age group throws up a flag. His behavior screams that he has serious emotional or mental problems.

2. Also his refusal to admit that spending time alone with other people's children in bed is not the slightest bit strange says that he's likely trying to cover up something. There is no adult in their right mind who would agree with that kind of logic.

3. This kind of thing might be overlooked if it was just one case against him, but the fact that he's been accused of molestation on more than one occasion is enough to warrant suspicion.

4. Paying off an accuser of child molestation is a serious cause for concern. I don't care what a lawyer advised him of doing but to pay a family 25 million to settle a sensitive issue of this type looks very suspicious.

Evidence proving he did it = 0

Accuser motive = $$$$

Question: Why would a child molestor look at straight, adult porn?

I think he's innocent, until I see evidence showing the contrary.

i have to admit, i'm kind of hoping he'll go free 😀

it's the contrarian in me, I despise all of you slobbering vigilante mob members who have decided he is guilty cos he is weird

i was thinking along those same lines until yesterday. I think Jacko might turn the jury against him with his crazy behavior.

The Daily Show was pretty funny last night... they showed Jacko going into the courthouse in his PJs turning to wave to fans... Stewart summed it up nicely... Jacko had the "my back is hurt" look right up until some fan calls his name, then he turns his back completely around so he can wave...

he's already admitted to bad bad things... but what they need is direct proof for this particular case.
