They were talking on one of the news shows about how the first person the kids told about being "accused" was a lawyers psch.

while i do believe that Michial has abused kids in the past. I do not think that he did to these children. I think that they are out for a 10 million doller payoff like Jackson did to the other kid years ago.

 
From what I've heard about the family, it sounds like they have a history of being litigious and untrustworthy, exhibiting the same kind of behavior to extract money from JC Penny as they're trying to do with Michael Jackson. This family is scum. What they wanted was a payoff.

1. Put yourself in a precarious situation (at your own fault)
2. Sue and claim that you're a victim
3. Profit
4. Repeat.
 
It looks to me that they are not out to prove him innocent, but to prove that everyone he knows is an undeniable idiot.

wasn't part of the testimony that the kid was upset that after his family crashed the free SUV MJ gave them, they asked him to FIX it and he never bothered to return it. 😛

At first, I thought this thread was about MJ's **FACE** falling apart.

But to be honest, I don't care if he did this, he's FVCKING CREEPY AND NEEDS TO BE LOCKED UP ASAP. Seriously. CREEPY. Would you let your kids hang around with him? Even if he isn't a child predator, he's about || far from becoming one.

He held his newborn son? Off a balcony in Gemany.

Micheal may have not molested this kid, but lets look at the facts

1)In the previous search of his property pornographic magazines where found.
2)He sleeps with kids. The thing is, he sleeps with them naked! He does a very poor job of defending it.
3)Plenty of other kids where able to identify Jackson's Johnson as a barber poll. Since he bleaches his skin, it has this affect when he is erect. I want to know why these kids now know what Micheal's Johnson looks like.
4)His father was extremely violent. It's said he got surgery on his nose because it resembled his fathers.
5)He was exposed to sex at a very young age, his brother and their "groupies" would come over to the house with Jackson.
6)He gave a child alcholol. (The one in the court case)
7)People have always expected something is wrong with this guy.

Jackson may have not molested this kid, but I would not be surprised at all if he has abuse kids.

A recent series of setbacks for prosecutors in the Michael Jackson child molestation prosecution may have made the case unwinnable. Cross-examination by Jackson's skilled defense attorney Tom Mesereau has been devastating.

The accuser - like his brother and sister before him - has proven vulnerable to charges that he told different stories at different times. For instance, the accuser admitted that he told a concerned school official that Jackson "did nothing" to him sexually, and he has also admitted lying repeatedly in the "rebuttal video" to Martin Bashir's documentary about Jackson.

First, the accuser's older sister admitted to filing a false police report - and, more generally, to lying when she thought the circumstances required it. Mesereau asked: "So you'd lie about certain things and tell the truth about certain things, depending on what you are asked, right?" She replied, "Yeah."

So much for any weight that might have been given to her testimony. What might have been corroborative evidence, ended up undermining the prosecution case.

Then the accuser's brother admitted he'd lied in a case involving their father, and couldn't "remember" if he'd been told to lie in the J.C. Penney case. (He also contradicted himself on the stand about the details of an incident in which he says he walked in on Jackson groping his brother, but I think this contradiction is less damaging: Jurors can be forgiving in their assessment of contradictions in a memory of an incident that occurred when the witness was a child, and would have been extremely traumatic if it occurred.)

Most recently, the accuser himself testified - and here, too, Mesereau's cross-examination has been effective. As noted above, all three siblings have been caught in multiple lies during cross-examination.

Anyone see a picture of the alleged victim? Matt Drudge had his picture on drudgereport.com with his eyes blocked out. However, you could this guy was ugly. He had two deep laugh lines, and he's big (not fat though). He could beat up Jackson so many times. 😛

Yeah, I saw that documentary, but one couldn't see the accuser's face really. In contrast, you see his face in Drudge's picture except his eyes are completely blurred out. I don't know why Drudge's photo of the guy is now a broken link. Maybe he has too many hits? Or maybe he took down the link.
