That sucks, I remember hearing about him the first time when Jurassic Park came about, and seeing a photo of him, he looked young like 30's or 40's. Read a few of his novels too, Timeline etc. Sucks to see him go, but when the time comes it comes :S

Sucks. I love many of his Novels, his lectures and other articles (they can be found on his website).

At the age of 66...that sucks. I haven't read any of his recent books but man did I devour everything he put out when I was young.

He also was a medical doctor who created the television show E.R. He brilliantly helped bring science and philosophy to popular culture in an entertaining and evocative manner.
