Lol, is this a parody post? Cohen literally testified that he engaged in criminal activity with the president and that there were more crimes he would love to talk about but he couldn’t because the president is currently under criminal investigation on those issues.

Honestly, can you think of a bigger explosion that could ever take place than the president being credibly accused of felonies with supporting documentary evidence?

So yes, we need LOTS more investigations to uncover Trump’s role in these additional felonies, either to remove him from office now or prosecute him after he’s out of office. (SDNY appears already preparing to prosecute him after he’s out, for example.)

If you didn’t find Cohen’s testimony explosive you are living in a fantasy world. Edit: alternatively you could be consuming conservative media which I’m sure happily lied to you about how nothing happened.

And to be clear by ‘some chance it will uncover crimes’ you mean ‘has already uncovered crimes’.

If Trump were not the president he would be under indictment today or already sentenced. Think of how confident SDNY has to feel in that case where they effectively name Trump as an unindicted conspirator in a felony.
