Michael Bush suffered a broken leg Sunday night.

Bet he's thinking that $2M insurance policy on this season was a good thing right about now.

If he redshirts, I wonder if it will still pay...

Still, SUCK for the cards. Even without him, they walked all over KY, but it hurts them for the rest of the season's prospects.

so i guess the mountaineers are going undefeated. WVU and TCU in the championship game?

edit: tcu is gonna get rocked by tech, nm

edit2: they did beat tech last year, didn't they? and this is in fort worth... hmmm... actually they might win

Damn, that sucks...I watched up til the end of the 1st half where they were discussing how they should've have pulled him earlier, since they were up...but Louisville didn't want to give Kentucky a chance to come back.

Ouch.

Bush wanted to enter the NFL draft after last year, his junior season at Louisville. He reluctantly returned for his senior year when he was told he did not project as a first-round pick

Bummer

Never heard of this guy until now. Is he a RB?

He's a beast. 6'3" 250 pounds and runs like a 4.4

He was the first big time recruit pulled in by Pettrino, not to mention he is a hometown boy from Kentucky.

There goes his NFL career.

He is fully capable of recovering from a broken leg unless some other damage was done as well. He'll likely get a medical redshirt since he only played in half a game before his injury. He'll have the option to come back.

Willis Magahee's injury was much more devestating and he was still drafted relatively high.
