Avenatti was convicted in February 2020 of three counts for threatening to publicly accuse the sportswear company of illicitly paying amateur basketball players unless Nike paid him.
The judge sentenced him to much less than the sentence the guidelines recommend because Avenatti had a hard time when he was first jailed due to the bad conditions in the facility where he was held. Ah, poor baby.
And he still has 2 upcoming trials for defrauding clients.

Poster Children frequently can and do completely lose favored child designation (and rightly so) upon commission of heinous acts. The right would do well to remember that every time they think about Trump and his cronies.
That little montage a couple posts up paints a different picture.
I never thought much of the guy, I always thought he was just another blood sucker looking for his next meal. I wouldn't be at all surprised if it comes out that he demanded sex from Daniel's to take her case.

Pretty sure this is false. While I don't remember every single post mentioning Avenetti on this forum, I don't recall seeing support for him running for POTUS even before the criminal allegations came out. At most I would concede there could have been one person that I forgot about. Maybe not even one.
Hasn't been much support for Andrew Cuomo either. Face it, democrats are pretty likely to hold their own accountable but on the right, if anyone is facing allegations of misconduct, it's always seen as some kind of conspiracy or set up.
