Microcenter currently has the MGE Vigor 400 watt power supply on sale for $20. It's $30 with an instant $10 off (or $19.99 on the website). Website pic shows a fan control knob, but I don't think it actually has one.

Not a bad PS for the money. I have the 350 watt. It's quiet and stable.

I have this running in one of my machines... I think the 400 or 450 version. I bought it b/c it was a cheapie... the random blue LED's and shiny chrome case make me say BLING BLING!
