If you dont defend yourself, the enemy just gets bolder. We can start a conflict with Mexico or wait till the mexican thugs try to take over the USA. Take your pick. We did nothing and terrorists blew up the USS Cole. We did nothing and terrorists blew up the Twin Tower in New York City. What will Mexicans start doing? The Mexican Gangs will take over all of the southwestern USA if you let them.
The progressive view is that the only acceptable form of defense for America against any foe is by doing absolutely nothing over long periods of time, preferably whilst patting themselves on the back for their bravery.

I bet 90% of the people in here who scream about gun rights are just as ugly as you.

If I have a gun and you are throwing a rock at me and I am so scared that I MUST KILL you.. then really.. how am I even alive -- that is an incredible amount of shits your pants FEAR

Guns are not only for murdering people... you can maim them.. .and if you are so scared and fearful that your only thought about gun use is to kill then you should not have one

How many people were throwing rocks? And how many BP were there to guard the border?

On the surface it is easy to make it seem like police brutality, but what are the BP agents there for anyway? To make sure no one gets thirsty or to guard the border?

If Mexico is so outraged by this "tragedy," maybe they should do a better job of protecting their northern border so their citizens don't get shot by the mean, nasty, hateful US Border Patrol.

I've noticed something in my personal relationships and career that also seems to apply to nations.
If you're responsible, then everyone else does not want to be as responsible and wants to hold you to higher standards. Its pretty darn annoying, and fairly consistent.
The US is expected to be the most accountable country in the world, probably because we are the only country in the world that regularly fesses up to anything we do, and make amends.

Our dealings with Mexico will be the same. Despite the fact they have 10 million of our 11 million illegals, and they bring literally assloads of drugs with them every year, we will be the ones to bend over and take the spankings. This is not my opinion, this is fact.

My opinion is: If we are ever going to set an example of NOT taking it up the ass, we should probably start with Mexico, our dirty little drug dealing neighbor. We need to stop policing countries on the far side of the globe, and start protecting our own backyard.

You sounded as though you have HATE built up for these people and when that angry it is near impossible to think clear

I feel the recent AZ/Illegals Hysteria has caused people like the BP and others in this thread to DEVALUE life .. especially the lives of brown people on our border

now they are all just lumped together

the BP killed him on his own border too..

Anger against what people? If you're calling me a racist, then fuck you. You're a goddamn moron if you are assuming I'm a racist. I have literally just admitted to devaluing(so you say) the lives of anyone willing to throw rocks at someone with a gun. You're a moron if you throw rocks at a guy with a gun. Especially if they have already been warned to stop and had a warning shot fired in their direction.

Arizona Gov.Brewer's approval ratings have skyrocketed, catapulting her to the top of the polls in the gubernatorial race and launching what may be the biggest political comeback of the year in the U.S.

Just one month after signing the law, Brewer had taken a 13-point lead over Goddard, with 52 percent of likely voters backing her candidacy, according to Rasmussen Reports.

Hell, I'm a Democrat and Kahleeforneeyan...and I'd vote for her if I could...

Kahleeforneeya has a very similar law on the books...but of course, we don't actually enforce said law.

all arizona did was reiterate existing federal law. Amazing how many people took the bait and failed to realize this.
