did anyone just see the elbow he gave to the temple of the other player in the game a short while ago? magic johnson was just going off with the other analysts about it.

the video link i had on youtube has already been pulled, but i'm sure a video will be brought up soon. the dude should be charged with assault for what he did.

That was clearly deliberate. He tried to explain to the ref how he was just thumping his chest, only when he threw the elbow into Harden's earhole his fist never went down to his chest, he extended the arm, followed thru on the swing and gave his 'Crazy Ron' look. Same look I saw watching him hop off the scorer's table in Detroit and go after a fan.
 
Haha, Jon Barry called him 'Metta Weird Peace' during the half-time show back at the studio.
 
So glad I follow a sport where elbowing only gets you 2 minutes in a penalty box. But yeah, that was pretty damn stupid. At least hockey players have headgear.

He never did learn from his season long suspension did he? IMO, he needs to be gone at least the rest of the regular season as well as the playoffs.
 
This is completely unacceptable & a lengthy suspension & fine are easily justified. Although, if history tells us anything, it won't make any difference. Artest will always be Artest. Unlike the rest of us, he doesn't learn from his mistakes.

I hope Harden didn't get a concussion. He seems like a cool dude...
