Metro Last Light crashing on last mission D6

Hey all. I have a problem. I want to know where is the fault. I mean ,last time , i bought my new Lightning 770 . Overall i am happy with temperatures, and playing games. But yesterday when i was playing Metro Last Light my game just freeze then i use CTRL+ALT+DELETE and close METROLL.exe because HE WAS STOPPED RESPONDING. No any error messages come with it in EventViewer. EventViewer only shows APPHANG or APPCRASH. Nothing about DISPLAY. I just get the "Not Responding" in task manager. The game simply froze and I had to bring up the task manager to close the game (which was "not responding" ).

Temp while that crash happens was 73C , so its good .

I mean game is crashing often only in D6 last mission. Sometimes its crash sometimes not. But only in D6. Can somebody experienced similiar issue? Or its something with my GPU?

All games i played and tested: Black Ops 2, Crysis 3 + benchmarks like Unigine Heaven and 3dmarks no crashing even one single time, just never. Only Metro LL is crashing sometimes in last mission, and i am worried now. Where is the issue?
I am using 320.49 WHQL drivers. Temps while playing are good , from 69C to 73C.

Its something bad with card now? If i get driver recovery crash. Only D6 mission

You probably broke it benching it so much.


Seriously, reinstall windows and drivers and loop some unigine valley for a little. Quit constantly benching, your driving yourself insane.

Again, maybe little brighter. Sorry for my bad language.
I cant pass 20+ loops while i am running benchmark in Metro LL.
I get freez, then black screen and in eventlog i get " nvl....Driver display recovery...EVENT ID 4104"

Display driver nvlddmkm stopped responding and has successfully recovered.

This can also happen in the Benchmark after running it for 10-20 times in a loop.

I'm very confident my video card and the rest of my hardware are fine, I have been running several Benchmarks (Unigine Valley and Heaven, 3DMark11 and 2013 one) as well as other games (Battlefield 3, Crysis 3, Tomb Raider, Fear 3,Black Ops 2, even Metro Last Light playing is ok.). All of these are very demanding as well and they run without any problems


Only Metro LL benchmark is crashing GPU.



I have:
Gtx 770 Lightning
I7 3770K 3.5
8gb ram
Be Quiet Dark Power Pro 1000W
Sabertooth Z77
320.49 WHQL drivers




My previous card 770 Lightning was faulty, but was crashing often nvlddmkm in Unigine Heaven and card was shutting off computer while i was on test DEMO ICE STORM in 3dmark 13. Now on my actually new Lightning 770 all its ok. But only Metro LL is crashing driver when i am benchmarking. So what now? RMA card because now its unstable on Metro LL bench? -.-

i install 9.13.0725 PHYSX update for fun i try benchmark with PHYSX ON and no driver crashes .

I made 40 loops without crash on PHYSX ON
And next second time i made 50 loops without crash.
Today again 50 loops , and all its ok.

So i think problem resolved.

hey what is your fps with ssaa set to max

Why arent you on latest driver, 326.80? Earlier drivers (320.xx) were problematic for many.
