Same here. Esp since that is the truth.
This is not like the old gov weed ads saying you go crazy and such. Meth is one fucked up drug.

They aren't supposed to be funny and they aren't really that over the top. There have been several old couples near where I live that have been killed by meth addicts.

Here's a question, does vigilante justice become acceptable, then, if meth makes its way into your neighborhood?

You don't think the whole "I tried Meth once now I'm beating my mom" thing is a bit of an exaggeration?

Look at ZaneJohnson, he's just a troll.

I think meth is one of the few drugs where the govt's hysteria is fully justified. I spent 6 months addicted to the stuff close to 8 years ago. I managed to get clean, several of my good friends from high school didn't and had their lives destroyed by it. These were good kids from the burbs, not the trailer trash you typically associate with meth.

Meth is everywhere unfortunately. Even up here in Canada, one town next to where I live apparantly has a problem with meth labs. Back in Vermont I had never heard of something as stupid as cooking meth in your own house, but it happens all the time here.

Hell, a company just applied for some services with the company I work for. While reviewing their site we saw that they sell 50 tablet bottles in cases of 24 of ephedrine. What's the point of only offering a product in a large quantity like that, unless it was for illegal use? Oh, they also sell anabolic steroids packaged as a "sex aid", and various other things that are illegal in the states, but apparantly just borderline up here.

I knew a few meth heads...they were losers, but they never did stuff that crazy. It's all about self-control I guess.

I'd never touch it, that stuff makes you retarded.

Though I did see a few meth busts, and the news had a story of a meth lab blowing up (see? makes you retarded.)

If that what you get from reading the ad, you're doing it wrong.

It does not say just once will make you beat your mom. It says not even once because just once most often leads to addiction, and addiction leads you to do terrible things.

Meth is a terrible drug and the more graphic the education on it, the better. I applaud the education efforts. Education is the ONLY effective course of action against drugs. Bans and enforcement make no dent in addiction rates. Only education works.
