The same bitrate of the music. He uploads one stream to the server which broadcasts a stream to each user. Users aren't directly connected to the computer playing the music. It's like a surge protector to a wall socket. He's the wall socket. The server is the surge protector. Users are the devices plugged into the surge protector.
