Great idea. We'll get Uwe Boll to direct it and Christian Slater can be Snake. Then we can all get in our cars, close the garage door, and roll up the windows...

Yep, Hugh Jackman or they could actually just use David Hayter (the guy who does the voice, and who Solid Snake was 'modeled' after). Not sure if David's a good screen actor though, I know he had some appearances in the X-Men movies because he worked on the scripts...

Hugh Jackman would have to be my first choice, but if they could get David Hayter to do it well, then that would be totally awesome.

Thing is, if they do make a Metal Gear Solid movie and it DOES suck... I'd still love it. 🙂

I'd really like them to do Shadow Moses, if they don't do a new story all together. Just think about what the Stinger vs. Hind-D scene would be like... *drool*.

Naw, I would perfer the part where he faces the ninja for the first time. That would be friggin rowdy.
 
guys, MGS was a freakin' movie.

beside OP was right, they'll only fock it up.

god this thread makes me wanna play that game over and over again.

if they ever do make a live action movie the best fights would be:

1. snake vs revolver
2. snake vs fox
3. snake vs raven
4. snake vs pyscho
5. snake vs liquid


i did not include the copter and MG fight b/c they'd be gayed and full of corny clique FX.

Yeah, I suppose that's true. The Snake vs. Liquid fight on top of MGR would be awesome. A complete, all-out, balls-to-the-wall fist/kickboxing fight 200 feet in the air on a small platform.
