    Link - I really had no idea that Metacritic was being used in this way.

    You would think it would be based more on sale figures, and not review scores.

    On a side note, multiplayer (MTV) is quickly becoming my favorite gaming blog.

    That is completely messed up. What an awful business practice. I'll bet this has a lot to do with why we are not seeing as much original creativity in the new releases. Devs are afraid of the public opinion screwing them out of their money because the general public often reacts poorly to change at first.
