Here's what I bought, I'm pretty sure.

24g, all whey - go for the gourmet if you want a blend. They have other blends too, like a 12-hour protein, blah blah blah.

ON is pretty good stuff, but I'm very picky about taste and always go with Syntrax Nectar Chocolate Truffle flavor. Expensive, but it's very high quality protein and incredibly tasty when mixed with milk.
