Messenger Service Popups, wtf

I started to see alot of these windows messenger service popups with spam showing up on my computer, I hate it. How can i get rip of them?
 
disable or set to manual the "Messenger" service, open services from administrative tools, find it and turn it off and set it to either manual or disabled
