Messaging program

We're going to be setting up a library with Citrix and PowerFuse this weekend and are looking for an IM program that will work with all other IM programs so we only have to install one IM instead of trying to make them all play nice with each other. We have been testing Trillian and it seems to be working well with the setup, but some of the staff don't seem to like it much. i think it's fear of change, but that's another topic all together. We are going to have a single pogin for public access, so it has to be something that will not automatically login. We also don't want the program to remember the users login and "buddy lists" so that when the next user loggs in, they get a clean IM login.

Any suggestions?

I've tried a few integrated IM clients and in my opinion none are better than Trillian. It sounds like you have already identified your biggest roadblock as user's fear of anything new. This can often be the hardest obstacle to overcome. However, there are times when you simply have to "suck it up" and try something new.
