Message regarding security certificates

Just recently I had to start double clicking forward/back button on when on the site - looking at posts and such. There is something script wise making this happen which I haven't caught yet. In addition there is a security certificate error showing up at the top of the page which I believe is related to it.
 
Anand asked for the next person to see this to provide a screenshot. Just post it here if you encounter this again. :thumbsup:
