Link I bought some of theses locally and so far have tried the photoshop templates and all the others. Even tried the all the programs listed even surething. Everytime the image is a little bit to off or leaves a white boarder around the edge. Does anyone else use these dvd case inserts and been able to get them to print correctly without a any white border ? I have tried plenty of different options in photoshop.

I have tried contacting Meritline but nothing.

Wouldn't your printer have to support "borderless printing" for these to work without leaving a border? I think most printers default to leaving a small border around the edge so that the ink doesn't bleed over it, but some you can set to "borderless" so that it will go all the way to the edge of the paper.

Yeah, OP needs a printer capable of printing borderless. Maritline can't help with printing issues of this nature.

I use the Memorex ones and it came with a program that lets you size it. You have to calibrate your printer to do it properly. The software is called "Expressit", you can probably find a link online and see if it works.

I don't want to print a entire image on a whole piece of paper. This is what it should look like when printed out. Text

I looking for a way to get the image to print correctly on the adobe photoshop template and a way to set where the image is printed 1mm over the precut area on the paper. That way when I go to tear it there is no white showing around the dvd case insert.

Not really. Though every time I try centering the image onto the template so the left side and right side are not over the line one goes further than the other. Same happens at the top and bottom. I am using the free transform and I am holding Shift.

Yeah, adjust your art in the photoshop file - or just give it 'bleed' - extra image that ends up getting cut away when the piece goes to it's final size.

Not trying to be difficult but the center doesn't line up on the dvd case spine when I do that though. Does no one else use these kind of dvd inserts at all ? I know at least one person. Do you have the same problem ?

Could you explain how to do that so the center still lines up on the dvd case spine ?

Do all printers have this problem at times ? You seem to have to set your paper tray or whatever you use to feed paper to the printer just right so it doesn't move from left to right and print out misaligned.
