Menace computer strikes again!!!!!

Ok, I really am on the verge of blowing my computer away in my next handgun class. Thanks to the fact that I have more than one computer in my house, I can post a message and beg mercifully at the feet of the almighty computer tech's. PLLLLLLLLEEEEEEAAAAAAASSSSSSEEEEEE help me. Here is my issue:
I turned my computer on earlier today, and right away it went into backing up my registry. Then I had to restart. I thought it to be very odd, when it finally booted up, I went to log on to the internet the same way I always do, through my messengers. I am on dialup networking (no picking on me for not having dsl). My messengers wouldn't connect. So I decided to try clicking on IE, to open my home page. WOW that created a big mess. My IE was reading Page Cannot Be Displayed, and looping though several unknown to me servers. Then when it was not satisfied, pages started to pop up doing the same exact thing. Looping through servers I didn't recognize. Thinking quickly I did a ping test. The ip went through just fine, but the URL kept reading unknown server. So I went and removed/reinstalled Dialup Networking, TCP/IP, and Dialup Adapters. None of that worked, I still have the same problem, connecting to the internet, but no pages, and no messenger contact, I can't connect to a single server. Does anyone Have a clue?

guess what, highly technical says no troubleshooting posts, so if there are any people out there that have a little bit of information to share with me, try and be a little more curtious than MR. UNDERWARE IN A BUNCH.

Can anyone other than sarcastic jackasses reply to my thread, I can't wipe my hard drive. No I don't have any viruses, I keep up to date on virus checks and it isn't a virus. It would be much appreciated for some intelligent advice instead of retarded remarks. I have a paper due Monday, and the only computer in the house that supports my printer, is..... you guessed it, my computer. I am already unhappy. I don't need grief.

why not email that crap to yourself and then check your mail at school
download it and print it.

No, I'm in no way suggesting that I'm not going to help you, it's just that I have no idea.

And I say this for YOUR benefit: Try the Networking Forum, OR the OS Forum, OR the Technical Support Forum.

But I welcome these emergency posts in OT, because this DOES have the most traffic.

Hmm that would seem logical, except the only other computer in the house is running windows dino version and i can't take the disk from my computer with the work written up and put it into this computer, then email it.... and hell no am i going to run between rooms copying word for word in the word documents on this computer.

Put your document on floppy, take it to school and print it out. Come home and format/reload your computer at your conveniance.
