I heard--and this is coming from someone who hasn't got this anatomy so I'm sorry if I say something ignorant here--that ejaculating too much badly depletes a man's zinc, leads to adrenal insufficiency, and causes too much circulating prolactin in the blood. Is this true?

I know guys have to rest after they come and that makes me think it takes a lot of energy out of them.
Those guys are wimps.

The same study found:

"Among men 40-49 years old, more frequent ejaculation was associated with a higher body mass index (BMI), higher consumption of calories and alcohol, divorce, and a history of sexually transmitted infections."

But this study sounds dumb. They found correlation and concluded causation. Plus they never specified whether ejaculation was achieved by sexual intercourse or masturbation, which is important since higher sexual activity is generally seen as an indicator of good general health, which might influence cancer risk.
