Im oc'ing 2500+ to 2.2 Ghz ( 3200+ speeds) , epox 8rda 333 fsb, nforce2 spp chipset, 1.7 Vcore, 2.73 Vdimm, pc3200 at 3-3-3-8.

It's showing 7000 errors, which is not good. Try it with your CPU @ stock clock and see if you have any errors.

7000 errors is not good at all :Q

Set everything back to the defaults and run memtest, maybe you got bad ram.

Yeah, 1 error is bad. I remember my first build ever, I ran memtest after 2 weeks of troubleshooting and the ram had over 1,350,000 errors in 3 passes of memtest (normal tests only).

Okay, I scaled back to stock speeds, and now I'm getting 4 pass and 80 errors after 4 hrs of memtest. At least its better now than it was at OC speeds with 7000 errors. Should I rma my corsair ram or just keep it and chock it up as normal results?

At everything stock, getting 1 error in memtest is more than enough reason to get a replacement all expenses paid from corsair. At least mushkin does that...
Just email them with your specs and voltages.
