memtest86+ reporting wrong memory size

Hey guys,

Testing a used machine with 2x2gb memory. It is 4gb total. BIOS shows 4gb and so does win7 x64. but memtest shows only 782mb?

What gives. Is my ram bad. I am having some errors in windows, specifically to adobe acrobat, but none others. so I thought I test my ram. Can someone shed some lights.

Memtest 5.x is out. Use that. 4.2 hasn't worked right for 4-series Intel chipsets and later, and probably screws up for newer AMDs, as well.
