Memtest86+ Errors

I ran Memtest86+ overnight on my new-to-me 4x1GB Crucial Ballistic DDR2 PC6400 ram. It came back with 3 errors. Is this very bad? Should I send it in to get new ram?

And then below it has this:
Test: 6
Pass: 2
Failing Addre204: 0009584f830 - 2392.3MB
Good: ffff7fff
Bad: ffbf7fff
Err-Bits: 00400000
Count: 1
Chan:

CPU: Core 2 Duo E6400
Mobo: Asus P5B Deluxe w/ WiFi

Video Card: ATI X1950XTX

My system was never overclocked, everything is stock voltage and stock timings.

IIRC, I think it's voltage is currently set at "Auto" under the BIOS.

I have the Crucial Ballistix BL12864AA804.16FD3 1 GB, 4 sticks. Voltage should be 2.2V. Should I check later tonight, since I am at work right now, to set it to 2.2V, and rerun the test?

Thanks in advance!

Yes, set the voltage to what it should be and make sure the timings are correct and run it again. If you still get errors try one stick at a time to see which is the bad one. If they all pass then it's something else. If one fails then rma the ram.
