memtest error when using ecc on ASUS motherboard

Why is it that I get memory errors if I run memtest on my ASUS P4C800 motherboard with the ECC enabled ???

If I do not turn the ECC on I get NO errors.

And then again, I have an MSI motherboard which give NO error even if I leave the ECC enabled.
