Should I stop it and say the RAM is bad and replace or should I keep going (i.e will it fix it somehow???)

If you are running stock speeds and timings, then yes you have a problem. Try one stick at a time, you may have one bad stick

The RAM is not running properly. Is it getting enough voltage? Running at stock speeds? is it compatable with your mobo?

it should be getting enough voltagel i have underclocked it; and my mobo is ecs 755 a-2 so yes it should be compatible. I already switched the slots once (the pc wouldnt even install without switching i.e it kept crashing). But now I think its more of a RAM prob then a mobo prob (Ill much rather it be a RAM prob anyway, it took me like an hour to get the mobo in there :()

Sounds like a ram problem especially if you are underclocking.
I would say it has at least 1 bad stick. Hopefully it's under warranty and then you can get the ram replaced.
