Memory_management errors?

How do you deal with memory_management blue screens in Windows XP? I get this every once in a while and would like to fix it.

try to get a RAM testing program like Goldmem. i was getting those quite often, and Goldmem got millions of errors so i had to RMA my crucial memory. most likely it means your ram is either seated wrong or needs to be replaced.
