Okay memory experts. I haven't bought memory in quite a while and am totally confused. Just purchased an ASUS P4P800 w/2.6-800. Plan to use this machine for editing old videos and transfering them to DVD. Would I be better off getting a gig of slower PC3200 memory or 512 of faster PC3500 memory?
 
do you plan to overclock?

if your just going to run the cpu/mobo in spec then get the pc3200 (if you install pc3500 it will just run at pc3200 speed if you dont overclock)
