Memory upgrade

My system is about a year old now, and I thought a nice Christmas present for myself would be a memory upgrade.

I am going to upgrade my video card also in about 4 - 6 months. Probably a x800 pro.

My system...

A7N8X Deluxe
AMD Athlon XP Barton 2800
Corsair Value Select VS256MB400 x 2
ATI Radeon 9600 Pro

I have OC'd the CPU just a little, basically upped the FSB to 400MHz. The CPU identifies as an AMD 3200 in all the benchmarking programs and CPU ID programs that I run. My system is very stable, runs cool and is my first home built rig. Really want to buy the video card first, but the checkbook says memory, then video card.

I would like 1meg of RAM, single stick.

Any thoughts will be appreciated.

dido that unless your planning on upgradeing to 2gb of ram in the near future, which is a bit overkill even on AT

Oh yeah, forgot the question.

Yes, what stick should I be looking for. Not into extreme oc'ing, but a little bit. Hoping to keep the price below $150, but can go a little higher.

grab 2 sticks of this you'll get the speed you wan't and have an awsome warranty. it's a little more than some of the stuff out but it's quality. i'd order straight from them too.
