Memory timings?

I have just set up a computer, and am looking to overclock, and I know that memory timings make a fairly decent impact on how well you can overclock.
So, I was just wondering what are the best timings for overclocking, or if anybody else is running
Winbond DDR400, what timings are they using?

Just keep going till you run into problems then try dropping your ram settings a bit to see if they are what is holding you back.

Set your timings high to start with while you find out what your cpu oc limit is, then lower them to get your best performance...
