I'm wondering if 5 2 2 2.0CL are good timings for standard pc2100 ddr266 with a 333 fsb and 5:4 Ratio
 
5-2-2-2 is already low latency timings for PC2700 (333fbs)
so I think to get those timings in 2100 should be cool
