Memory Timings with socket 939 mobos

Has anyone read the article on this site reguarding socket 939 motherboards and how memory benefits from timings set to 2-2-2-10 rather than 2-2-2-5? I havent seen anyone using these timings in their sig and I'm wondering how true this is.

Why is it that if someone asks a dumb question like "should I get an intel or an amp cpu?" everyone responds 6 times over and when someone asks a REAL question all I get are crickets!!!!!
