OK, so I'm overclocking my A64 3000+ Venice using this guide: http://forums.anandtech.com/messageview.aspx?catid=28&threadid=1497607
So, after completing steps 1 and 2, I think my max HTT is 315Mhz, and my max CPU speed is 2340Mhz (do these sound like reasonable values?).
Then I got on to section 3 - finding the memory max speed. It's a little more complicated then, as I have to fiddle with timings and 1T and 2T command rates. Here is a pic of my memory options in BIOS:

So, to put it on 1T command rate (according to the gude, A64s ''suffer big time with 2T''), I just have to change the ''1T/2T memory timing'' option to 1T, right?
Ok, easy-peasy. But the guide also says to set my memory to ''2.5-4-3-7 1 T''. The 1T bit at the end is taken care of, but which of the options in the pic do I change for the others? Is it simply the 4 options underneath the 'Memclock index value'' option? If so, do I just leave the others set to ''auto''?
Thanks for any help and suggestions.
