Memory timings for Phenom rig

I got 2GB of DDR2 800 with timings of 5-5-5-18 2T in my new rig and was wondering how much difference would I see going to 4-4-4-12 1T ram.
 
You would see a difference in benchmarks like Everest but you won't see any 'real world' differences or games run at 100fps. But I figure if you can you might aswell run it faster 😛.
