Memory timing settings in BIOS

Just wondering if anyone knows how to decifer the different ways these companies put the
timings out. For example, OCZ lists it timings in this fashion 2-2-3-6 T1, but on the Chaintech board it is listed in this manner:
2 CAS
6 tRAS
2 Trcd (labeled as RAS to CAS delay)
2 tRP

now I know that the first one is CAS latency, the last in the OCZ specs. (1T) is the DCR (command rate), the second in the bios is the fourth on the OCZ specs (6) - tRAS (active to precharge).

But how to determine which ones are the second and third on the OCZ specs? which one is tRP (precharge to active) and which one is Trcd (active to precharge)?
