Memory Suggestions for New Computer

So far my computer consists of a 3500 winchester with XP 120 and 120 mm fan, 500 watt power supply, BFG 6800 GT OC, WD Raptor 74 gig, ASUS A8N SLI mobo.... I am willing to spend a maximum of $250 on my memory. Any suggestions?

2x 512 MB sticks. Save your money until 1 GB sticks drop in price.

Just get a gig of corsair value select from newegg. It's great memory for the price.

2 x 512 mb of Value select Corsair memory > ddr400 (pc3200), should be about that price or less

If u are going to overclock later, pc3500 or pc4000 memory, preferably with low timings

Yes, but from what I've seen, low timings are not a necessity with A64 machines.
