Seriously, you dug this thread up from the grave via using a search engine, but you can't use the same search engine to find a data recovery specialist?

If you are looking to do it for free, then, it depends on the damage of the device, and since you did not included any pictures of said device, nobody here can tell you anything except use the same search engine to find a data recovery specialist.
