I have OCZ Platiunum EB DDR500 RAM (the Inferion stuff that was in the "fast 1gb RAM moduals" in the anandtech review).

Now I have it running at DDR520 (260mhz) at timings of 3-3-2-8. Would that be ok/stable? Memtest doesn't report any errors, but memtest doesn't always tell the truth. Just want your opinion.

Thanks :p

If it doesn't fail mem test, Prime 95, sisoft sandra or any other benchmark program that's been run for 8hours + then who the hell cares? It's stable enough.

Now stop gloating, it's not fair on us poor slobs who's ram runs at 200mhz :(

(I'm pretty sure you can get a lot more out of that RAM if you tried, try dropping the multiplier and upping the FSB)

Well, I kind of bought this ram to run at such fast speeds at such low timings ;) .

I didn't spend all that money on ram for nothing :p and I'm sure I could get more out of it. I only ran memtest for about an hour, but I then figured it's only 10mhz above standard and said the hell with it nand started playing Quake 4.

Should be fine. My Mushkins are at 2.7v DDR540 3-3-2-7 1T. OCZ EBs are at 2.8v DDR540 3-3-2-8 1T. What is your 12v ripple? Got something other than an Enermax/Antec PSU?

Seasonic S12 600W. The Rails are suppose to be good and the PSU is also suppose to be good (according to Toms Hardware).
