Hey guys, I'm trying to get my ram Frequency up to 200mhz. So far at 3.0-3-4-3 1T I can only get 154mhz. I'm not sure how these settings work since this is my 1st OC capable system. Below are my specs:

ASRock 939Dual-SATA MB
Athlon 64 3200+ (Venice Core)
2 sticks of DDR 400 (PC3200) ram 1GB total
Geforce 4 Ti Video card (agp, I know, I know)

I can keep playing with the settings but I'd be here all day since I dont have a clue.

According to EVEREST. 200mhz would be 3.0-3-3-8

So I tried to set this to that value and I'm only getting 154mhz

CPU-Z says the FSB: DRAM is CPU/15
Bank cycles are 11
and idle timer is 16.

Thanks for your help!!

First: run your ram at SPD which should default to 3-3-3-8
multiplier = 10
FSB= 200

Edit: Says your at 2.41 ghz in your other thread. What timings can you hit 200mhz with?

I set these and I only get 160mhz

I haven't seen it hit 200mhz yet. I'm not sure what to change.

In your Asrock BIOS, CPU page, there is a 'Flexibility' item - which is set to Enabled by default. It prevents assigning discrete memory clock speeds.

Set the 'Flexibility' item to 'Disabled'. That should fix your problem.

Hope this helps!
