Looks like the memory is at 167MHz or DDR333. That's out-of-sync with your CPU's bus, and it might perform slightly better if it were in sync. I know that's the case with nForce2... I did a UT2003 Demo Botmatch test at 640 x 480, first with CPU and memory both at 166MHz, then with the memory clocked up to 200MHz. The out-of-sync memory bus cost me about 20% of my framerate in Botmatch, despite the memory running faster than before. Ouch :Q

Yeah, I'd keep the memory clocked at 133MHz (266 DDR) for best performance.
