So, what speed exactly is my memory running at? Is it not the correct speed? can somebody help me out here? (i'm thinking my mem might be underclocked here!)

Looks like the memory is at 167MHz or DDR333. That's out-of-sync with your CPU's bus, and it might perform slightly better if it were in sync. I know that's the case with nForce2... I did a UT2003 Demo Botmatch test at 640 x 480, first with CPU and memory both at 166MHz, then with the memory clocked up to 200MHz. The out-of-sync memory bus cost me about 20% of my framerate in Botmatch, despite the memory running faster than before. Ouch :Q

Yeah, I'd keep the memory clocked at 133MHz (266 DDR) for best performance.

In addition to MDE's suggestion, tighten the memory timings too.
