Memory speed identifier

I have a gigabyte motherboard based on via's K8M800 chipset. I know the memory runs at the frequency of the system bus with athlon 64 processors. However, I just ran memtest and it said my memory is running a DDR200 not 400. Is there a program I can use to check the speed? Note that I am using pc3200 memory. Thanks.
