Memory speed for 800/1066 FSB?

Which DDR2 speeds will sync with a 800 or 1066 FSB from an Intel CPU of course?

My guess is DDR2-800 for a 800mhz FSB and DDR2 1066 for a 1066 FSB, to sync, right?

actually the 800MHz FSB CPUs use DDR533 and the 1066MHz CPUs use DDR667. you would only need faster than that if you plan to overclock.
