Memory running at 400mhz instead of 800

System: DFI Lanparty 790, AMD phenom 9550, two HD radeon 3870's in Xfire, 4gb A-DATA ram, and 550w PSU.

Can anyone help me? I have 4gb of A-DATA RAM at 800 Mhz dual channel settings. But when I run AMDOverdrive, it states that my RAM is at ~400 mhz and only running in single channel mode. It says that I am not running the ram in ganged mode, either.

When I go to my BIOS (it is the AwardBIOS- Phoenix), it says that the ram is at 800 mhz and it is in ganged mode at the 128 bit interface.

1)what else could I do to try and get my ram running at 800 mhz like it should be?
2)is it bad sticks and should I get new ones?

DDR = 400MHz speed for 800MHz throughput. It's actually running 400MHz for 800MHz effective. You're running the correct speed.
