Memory recommendation?

Im trying to put a C2D system together, but picking memory is becoming a task. I bought OCZ PC2-6400 XTC memory from outpost, but im considering returning it. Im planning on ocing to around 3.2ghz or so, should I just keep the ocz xtc 4-5-4-15 mem or go with the below.



First off, id like to ask if either of these are still Micron D9 chips.


Second, which one would you pick( dont consider the price difference ).

Super Talent PC2-6400

or


Buffalo Firestix

There's a chance that either have them, but there's a better chance that those Super Talent have them.
