just picked up a new mobo and cpu for my daughter

3200 am2 socket
abit NF-M2S mobo

new mobo supports ddr2 533-800
oops !
memory i have on hand is ddr pc2700

can i use the ddr insted of ddr2
are they compatable
no im not going to mix them
 
nope, unfortunately ddr and ddr2 are not compatible, will have to purchase new memory
