memory question

hey yall i got a question, i have a biostar p4m80-m4 motherboard and i was wondering if I could use low density ram on it as well as the high density ram. The last time i got 1GB high density ram it kept overheating i guess and gave me bsod's and i had rma'd it back but they said it was working properly so i just returned it.

Biostar says you can use:

P.S., and watch out for those big red crawdads in the creek, they like to pinch toes
