I have a Lanparty nF3 250Gb m/b with 1.25gigs of PC2100 memory. Works great no problems. The question I have is, If I upgrade to PC3200, will I notice any difference at all? I would go to 1gig of PC3200. I dont play too many games, but I do some video editing, and DVD burning.

I'm not sure how much of an impact memory speed would have on video rendering. But editing apps seem to be pretty memory intensive. The programs would probobly be a bit more responsive.

Athlon 64's are really going to take advantage of higher memory speeds and low latencies. You would probobly notice the biggest difference in games, which doesn't seem to be a big deal to you.

I doubt there will be a difference except maybe for more stability. PC3200 doesn't mean it rans at 400MHZ when placed on a 333 Mhz system, rather it's just a rating telling the buyer that the ram is capable of running up to 400Mhz! Which means it can ran on a 200, 266, 333 and up and to 400Mhz. So if you upgrade to PC3200 without increasing your FSB speed there's basically no speed increase.
