Is there a noticeable speed difference between pc3200 and pc2100?

depends on whether you use the P4 or Athlon XP platform
if you get the 800MHz FSB P4, then the diff is huge
but if you get a 133MHz FSB Athlon XP, then the diff is none
unless you overclock
