Memory question that needs good answer, please help.

I looked at this RAM and it says that "Not recommended for Windows 2000 or XP systems." Can anyone please shed some light on this please? I cannot see how it can run Windows ME/98/95 and cannot run windows 2000/XP. Any help would be appreciated. The link to the RAM is below.

how shall i say...... 95/98/me can run crap for hardware and still work...... NT/W2K/XP are far more sensative and won't run on the junk hardware that 9x does.
